REFUNDS & EXCHANGE

We’ll happily allow returns and exchanges for items in their original condition within 30 days of purchase when:

  • The item you purchased is defective
  • The item you purchased is incomplete
  • The item you purchased is incorrect

Please note, if 30 days have gone by after the tracking confirms the delivery, and you didn't contact us for the exchange, we will assume that the product you received is in good shape and no refunds or exchange will be provided.

REFUND & EXCHANGE (IF APPLICABLE)

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us about the return within 15 days of receiving the products at support@matchingcontrast.com, then return the damaged item to us within the next 15 days. Upon the receipt of the item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item. To complete your refund or return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase from Matching Contrast.

  • Change of Mind / Placed the Order by Mistake: We accept returns due to a change of mind or placed the order by mistake within 7 days of your order being delivered. Products must be in original and sellable condition and must be returned in the original box. Return shipping costs will be covered by the customer and 25% of the product cost will be deducted as a restocking fee.

 

  • Color Exchange: We do not offer exchanges for different colors. 

 

  • Final Sale: Items discounted 50% and higher and BOGO offers(such as buy 1, get 1 free, or at 50%) are final sales. They can not be exchanged or be refunded. If you’ve paid for shipping, please be advised that we won’t be able to refund the shipping fee as the payment goes directly to our shipping partners. Please also note that all products purchased via limited-time sales events (Black Friday, clearance, etc.) are considered final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

shipping costs are non-refundable. If you have paid shipping for the item, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE

Matching Contrast is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Matching Contrast will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

RETURN SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

In order to go the return process smoothly, we strongly suggest using a shipping method with a tracking number.

You must contact us before returning the product. If you return the product without contacting us, we will not be responsible for the exchange or any refunds.

DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS

By making a purchase on this website you agree to not file a chargeback or a dispute within 30 business days of making a purchase. You agree to send us an email to support@matchingcontrast.com to resolve any payment issues you may encounter with us and you agree to wait 30 business days before contacting your bank or payment provider to file a chargeback or a dispute. 

You agree to be liable for damages and business losses due to chargebacks or disputes made by you within 30 days of your purchase, and you also agree to appear in small claims court and be liable for our attorney's fees. If your order or products fail to arrive and you have evidence that you've reached us via the email mentioned above, and we did not get back to you or help you with an exchange request within 30 days of your purchase, you may file a chargeback with no liability.

Please be advised that if you do ship your item back without communicating with one of our customer service representatives, we will not be able to process a refund or an exchange. As the customer, you are responsible for ensuring your return is delivered to our warehouse in the condition it was received in.


All return shipping labels should include a tracking number that will notify you (and us!) when your return is received. If we do not receive your return, no refund or exchange will be granted.
